I've gotta give you credit for the way we used to be
Cause life ain't all that easy trying to live without reality
Nothing to believe in, nothing to call upon, or fall back to
It's not that I don't think that you can stand on your own two feet

But He's calling you
Where do you think you're going to?

He's calling for you, He's pulling you in to
Pieces that you don't recognize
The least you could do, is listen to Him who
Loved you enough to want to die
For you

So tell me all your secrets and I'll tell you the best of mine
You know I've got a lot to say, if you just had a half the time
A mystery is only mysterious until you know the truth
And a lie is only told to hide some greater, more important truth

That He's calling to you
What do you think you're supposed to do?

He's searching your heart, for somewhere to start
A seed that will flower into life
Overflowing and always showing
A beacon to the one true light
In you

And in your journey of life, you thought that you could rest
Without finding true happiness
There's something so much more, so much greater than you
And it's looking for you, all you have to do is choose

He's calling for you, He's pulling you in to
Pieces that you don't recognize
The least you could do, is listen to Him who
Loved you enough to want to die

He's searching your heart, for somewhere to start
A seed that will flower into life
Overflowing and always showing
A beacon to the one true light
